Dr. Mikael KautskyDr. Kautsky has owned this dental practice since 2001; before that he worked at the Community Care Dental Clinic at St. Peter's Hospital in Olympia. Outside the office, Dr. Kautsky enjoys camping, hiking, running, and kayaking. He also brews his own beer.

LoriLori had been a dental assistant until March of 2012, when she moved to the front desk. She misses working hand in hand with Dr. Kautsky, but loves getting to know more of the patients. In her spare time, Lori and her husband make wine using grapes grown in the Pacific Northwest.

DeniseDenise graduated from South Puget Sound Community College as a dental assistant. She has worked with Dr. Kautsky for eight years. Before that she worked for the Community Care Dental Clinic and the Smile Mobile, a mobile dental clinic for small children from low income families. She has three grown children and three grandchildren. Most of her free time she spends outdoors gardening, fishing, and boating with her husband.

KarenKaren comes to Dr. Kautsky's office with 40+ years of dental experience. She has been working the front desk here for 6 years. She is a proud grandparent of six wonderful grand kids. ElizabethElizabeth graduated from Pierce College in June 2015 and was honored to receive the Colgate Student Total Achievement Recognition award and Most Inspirational award. She has provided oral hygiene for our patients for 5 years, but recently decided to became a full-time mom for her three daughters. We will miss her sunny disposition in our office.

FritziFritzi graduated from South Puget Sound Community College's dental assistant program in 2017. While working in Dr. Kautsky's office, she continues to attend SPSCC to pursue a further degree in dental hygiene. In her free time she likes to go to the beach, spend time with family and friends, and explore new places.
